Brex fits a company incorporated in the United States that wants free USD transfers on a $0 plan and pays suppliers abroad by wire, in USD or in local currency. Holyheld Business fits a company that needs a EUR account with an IBAN beside its USD one and keeps stablecoins in the account, where Brex has no IBAN and its stablecoin terms convert every coin to or from USD.
Stablecoins
Brex’s terms convert stablecoins to USD on arrival and keep no stablecoin balance. Holyheld holds USDC and EURC until you convert or send them.
Currencies
Brex has no IBAN and receives wires only in USD. Holyheld adds a named EUR account, so European customers pay by SEPA.

Brex announced stablecoin payments in September 2025, starting with USDC, and its stablecoins page still asks visitors to join a waitlist. Its Business Account Agreement describes the service: stablecoins received at a payment address are converted into USD, and USD can be converted into a supported stablecoin and sent to an outside wallet. Its stablecoin addendum says no stablecoin balance is kept, and the coins, networks and limits are shown in the Brex dashboard.
Holyheld holds stablecoins in the account. Off-ramp transfers turn them into USD or EUR when you choose, on-ramp transfers do the reverse, and swaps exchange one stablecoin for another.
Holyheld works with USDC on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Polygon, Avalanche and Solana, and with EURC on Ethereum, Base and Solana. Companies outside the EEA can also use USDT, PYUSD and USDG.

On its US site, Essentials is $0 per user per month, Premium is $12 per user per month, and Enterprise is priced on request. Opening and maintaining the account costs $0, and no annual price is shown.
Brex lists $0 for international wires in and out, with fees shared by default, so banks along the route may deduct theirs. Principal protection, which has the sender cover those fees, costs $15 per international USD wire. Wires in other currencies use Brex’s exchange rate, which typically includes a markup.
No. Brex says it doesn’t have an IBAN, and it receives international wires only in USD, converting other currencies on arrival. It can send euros as a local-currency wire.
