Payment guides
Supported stablecoins include USDC and EURC, and the ones available for your account are shown in the app. USDC converts to USD or EUR. If you hold a different stablecoin from the one your route needs, swap it first.
You can send USDC on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Polygon and Solana, and EURC on Ethereum, Base and Solana. Send only on the network named with the receiving address in your account, and check whether it takes native or bridged USDC: a service that accepts one doesn’t automatically accept the other. How to off-ramp USDC to an IBAN walks through each step.
The network confirmation, the conversion and the bank credit are separate stages, and Holyheld doesn’t publish one end-to-end time. The payout rail sets the last stage: outgoing ACH is same-day, and the app lists Faster Payments as up to 30 minutes, 24/7. If the money must arrive on a set day, discuss the payment with your concierge first.
Yes, as long as the exchange sends the asset on the network named with your receiving address. Your company’s own account at an exchange or custodian can also be saved as one of its wallets without signing a message.
Funds sent on a network other than the one named with your receiving address may not arrive. Contact your concierge with the transaction hash. For a first payment from a new wallet, send a small test amount before the full one.
