Refer a business registered in Switzerland and earn 25% of the membership fees it pays in its first year, then 10% for as long as it stays a member. Open to people resident in Switzerland and companies registered there.

How it works

  1. Apply

    If you live in Switzerland or your company is registered there: Holyheld customers apply in the Holyheld app, anyone else on the form with a short verification.

  2. Get your link

    Holyheld staff review every application. Your referral link works once you are approved.

  3. A business applies from your link

    It is your referral when it is registered in Switzerland and starts its application from your link. Business accounts only.

  4. Earn on its membership

    You earn on every membership fee it pays, and follow each referral in the Holyheld app or in a monthly email report.

Who can apply

  • Holyheld customers: a director of a business registered in Switzerland, or a personal account owner resident in Switzerland, in the Holyheld app.
  • Anyone else resident in Switzerland, or a company registered there, on the form, with a short verification.

What one referral earns

An example at the standard rates for one referred business on the published business membership, ex VAT.

Only paid fees earn. A business’s first lapse ends the referral for good.

Frequently asked questions

Commission

  • 25% of the membership plan fee, ex VAT, on every bill a business you referred pays in its first year as a member. After that, 10% of every fee it pays for as long as it stays a member.

  • On the CHF 50 monthly membership, CHF 150 in its first year and CHF 60 in each later year. On the CHF 500 annual membership, CHF 125 in its first year and CHF 50 in each later year. Ex VAT, at the standard rates.

  • Only membership plan fees the business has paid. A fee that is not paid earns nothing.

  • Its first lapse ends the referral for good. Fees it pays after that earn nothing.

Referrals

  • Businesses registered in Switzerland that start their application for a Holyheld business account from your link. Personal accounts never earn.

  • Not in this first version. Only businesses registered in Switzerland count as referrals; one registered elsewhere earns nothing.

  • It isn’t your referral. The business must start its application from your link: one that applies through any other link isn’t yours, even if it opened yours before.

  • No. One business has one affiliate, for good.

  • A business registered outside Switzerland, your own business, anyone who shares your email domain, people who already have a Holyheld business, and OTC clients.

Payouts

  • Commission becomes payable 30 days after the business pays its bill. It is paid out monthly once you reach USD 50.

  • In USDC, at the CHF to USD rate on the payout. Holyheld customers are credited to their Holyheld account. Anyone else gets USDC to a wallet they prove they control, on Base, Ethereum, Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum or Solana, or a bank transfer to an account in their verified name.

  • Yes, a self-billing statement comes with each payout. If you are registered for Swiss VAT, the VAT is added to your commission and shown on it.

  • Holyheld customers see a dashboard in the app; anyone else gets a monthly email report. Either way you see each referred business by a shortened name, its stage, the day it joined and what it earned you, never its fees, people or transactions.

  • People resident in Switzerland and companies registered in Switzerland. Holyheld customers, as a business director or a personal account owner, apply in the Holyheld app; anyone else applies on the public form.

  • If you aren’t a Holyheld customer: ID and a selfie, your address and tax number. For a business, also its registration details and owners.

  • Holyheld staff review every application. Your link works once you are approved.

  • Not in this first version. The programme is open to people resident in Switzerland and companies registered in Switzerland.
