Change passcode

A passcode is a 4-digit code that helps keep your account secure. You will use it to authenticate into the application, or any time viewing sensitive data. You can change your passcode at any time.
To change your passcode:
- Go to Holyheld Web or mobile app
- Go to Settings
- Click on “Privacy”
- Click on “Change passcode”
- Enter your current passcode
- Enter new passcode
- Confirm new passcode
Forgot your passcode?
If you forgot your passcode, or locked yourself out by entering an incorrect passcode - no worries. You can always reset your passcode.
How to reset your passcode:
I have an active account
- Once locked out of your account, you will see two options "Support" and "Reset code"
- Click on "Reset code"
- An email with one-time password will be sent to your registered email address
- Enter the security code from your email
- Create new passcode
- Confirm the passcode
If you are experiencing issues with the one-time code from email, you can click on "Support" to reach out to our support team in the chat.
I started onboarding, but still don't have an active account
- Once locked out of your account, you will see two options "Support" and "Reset code"
- Click on "Reset code"
- You will be prompted with the signature in your connected wallet
- Confirm the signature request
- Create new passcode
- Confirm the passcode
