Stablecoins are the main difference
Wise says its accounts, personal and business, can't be used to buy, sell or trade cryptocurrencies. It doesn't allow sending money to crypto exchanges or crypto wallets, and it doesn't support businesses involved in the exchange or trading of cryptocurrencies (Wise).
With Holyheld, stablecoins sit next to the bank accounts. Off-ramp transfers turn supported stablecoins into USD or EUR, on-ramp transfers do the reverse, and swaps exchange one stablecoin for another. Holyheld works with supported networks including Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base and Solana.
Limits of this comparison
- Prices change, and Wise's differ by country and currency. Wise's figures are its UK prices, checked on 27 October 2026; Holyheld's fees are on its pricing page.
- Holyheld is invite only. Each application is reviewed, and companies whose needs Holyheld can support are invited.
- Not everything is compared. Cards, payment acceptance and Wise's investment products are outside this page.
