Important notice — Holyheld Digital Limited is ceasing crypto-asset services on 30 June 2026

Holyheld Digital Limited (UIC 204937129) currently operates as a virtual-asset service provider under the transitional regime of § 3(1) of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Bulgarian Crypto-Asset Markets Act (ZPKA), in conjunction with Article 143(3)(1) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR). Holyheld Digital Limited does not hold a MiCAR licence. As the Bulgarian transitional regime ends, Holyheld Digital Limited will cease all services — crypto-to-fiat, fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-crypto exchange. The last day of service is 30 June 2026, 23:59 EET.

What this means for you:

Holyheld Digital Limited is non-custodial, upon request service.

Please have in mind:

• It does not hold, custody or control your crypto-assets or your funds at any time, and each exchange settles directly to your own wallet or payment account.
• There is no balance held with Holyheld Digital Limited for you to withdraw.
• If you have an exchange in progress, please complete it before 30 June 2026, 23:59 EET.
• No fees or charges apply to you in connection with the discontinuation of the exchange service.
