If your card is lost or you suspect that it might have been compromised, you can block and unblock your card at any time in the Holyheld App.
On the Web app
To freeze your card:
- Go to
Holyheld Web app - Click
“Manage card” icon - Click “Report lost or stolen”
- Click “Confirm” to freeze your card
- Write to our friendly support if you need additional help
On the iOS or Android app
To freeze your card:
- Go to
Holyheld app - Click on Card
- Toggle “Freeze card”
- Write to our friendly support if you need additional help
